Radiesse
Week

The collagen you grow yourself lasts longer than anything we could inject on top.

Or call 615.208.2828. We would rather answer a question than sell you the wrong thing.

Start here

Radiesse is not a filler

This is the part most people have never had explained to them, and it changes what you should expect from the result.

Radiesse is made of calcium hydroxylapatite, a mineral your body already recognizes, suspended in a gel. The microspheres are roughly 30 percent of the product and the gel is the other 70 percent.

The gel gives you a correction you can see the same day. Then it does something a filler never does: it dissolves. Over 6 to 8 weeks your body clears the gel entirely, and what stays behind is the mineral, sitting in the tissue where your own fibroblasts find it.

Those fibroblasts respond to the physical contact by building. New collagen, new elastin, new blood supply. So the result you have at 6 months is not the product we injected. It is tissue you grew.

Traditional filler

Adds volume on top of your anatomy. The result is at its best the week you get it, and fades from there as the product breaks down. Replacing it means replacing the product.

Radiesse

Signals your own collagen to rebuild. The result improves for months after the appointment and reads as firmer rather than fuller, because the change is structural rather than added.

In split comparisons against hyaluronic acid fillers, calcium hydroxylapatite produced roughly 31 percent more type 1 collagen and 18 percent more elastin.

What actually happens

The result builds on a schedule

If you judge Radiesse at 2 weeks you will misjudge it. Here is the honest timeline.

  • Day 1 You leave with visible correction from the gel carrier. Mild swelling is normal. Occasional bruising.
  • 72 hours Your fibroblasts have already measurably increased collagen production. Nothing is visible yet. This is the part that matters.
  • 6 to 8 weeks The gel has fully resorbed. Whatever you see now is your own tissue, not product.
  • 4 months Collagen production peaks. This is usually when people start getting asked what they have been doing.
  • 7 to 12 months The early collagen matures into stronger type 1 collagen. Firmness continues to improve rather than decline.

Most patients hold their result for a year or longer. Peter will give you a realistic range for your face and your skin at your appointment.

Honest answer

Who this is actually for

A great candidate

  • Your jawline has softened and you want definition back without looking filled
  • Your cheeks have flattened and you would rather rebuild than add
  • Your neck has crepey texture that creams are not touching
  • You have had filler before and did not love how obvious it looked
  • You are in your late 30s through 60s with mild to moderate laxity
  • You are willing to wait a few months for a result that keeps improving

Wait, or do something else first

  • You want a dramatic change before an event in 3 weeks
  • You are looking for lip volume, which this product does not treat
  • You have significant sagging that is really a surgical conversation
  • You are pregnant or nursing
  • You have an active skin infection or breakout in the treatment area
  • You have a known sensitivity to any component of the product

If you are not sure which column you are in, that is the normal place to be. Text 615.208.2828 and describe what bothers you. We will tell you honestly, including when the answer is that you do not need this.

Through Friday, October 9

The packages

We do not sell Radiesse by the single syringe. One syringe spread across a jawline disappears, and we would rather you keep your money than spend it on a result you will not see. Every package below starts at 2 syringes and includes complimentary Xeomin at our standard rate of $12 per unit.

The Contour $1,350

2 syringes of Radiesse

For the jawline and cheeks. The entry point for anyone who wants definition back in the lower face and has not done a biostimulator before.

Plus 15 units of Xeomin
2 syringes of Radiesse$1,500
15 units of Xeomin, complimentary$180
Standard value$1,680
You save$330
The Neck $1,050

Radiesse Gold neck package

A diluted biostimulator technique for the neck, where the goal is skin quality rather than volume. This is the one for crepey texture and horizontal lines that make the neck look older than the face.

Plus 15 units of Xeomin
Radiesse Gold neck package$1,200
15 units of Xeomin, complimentary$180
Standard value$1,380
You save$330
The Full Restore $2,200

2 syringes of Radiesse plus the Radiesse Gold neck package

Our most requested combination, because treating the jawline without the neck leaves a visible line between the two. Doing them together means the collagen rebuilds across the whole area on the same schedule.

Plus 15 units of Xeomin
2 syringes of Radiesse$1,500
Radiesse Gold neck package$1,200
15 units of Xeomin, complimentary$180
Standard value$2,880
You save$680
The Reserve $3,950

4 syringes of Radiesse, the Radiesse Gold neck package, and 2 sessions of Pixel8 RF microneedling for face and neck

A different plan rather than a bigger one. The microneedling comes first and the Radiesse follows, for reasons worth reading below.

Plus 30 units of Xeomin
4 syringes of Radiesse$3,000
Radiesse Gold neck package$1,200
2 sessions of Pixel8 RF microneedling$1,500
30 units of Xeomin, complimentary$360
Standard value$6,060
You save$2,110

Pricing ends Friday, October 9. Treatment scheduled by November 30. Not combinable with other offers. Joining Radiance Reserve or Skin Club credits your first month toward any package.

The Reserve, explained

Why the microneedling comes first

The two treatments in The Reserve work on different layers, and the order is not arbitrary.

Pixel8 RF microneedling works on the surface. It delivers radiofrequency energy into the dermis through fine needles, which tightens existing collagen and triggers the skin to remodel its own texture and tone.

Radiesse works underneath. It rebuilds the structure your skin sits on.

We schedule the microneedling sessions first and let the skin fully heal, generally 2 to 4 weeks, before placing the Radiesse. Two reasons. We do not want to drive needles and heat through product that was just placed, and we would rather do the surface work on skin we have not disturbed. By the time the Radiesse goes in, the canvas is already better than it was.

Then they compound. The Radiesse rebuilds the contour over the following months while the skin quality work is already settling in, so your skin catches up to the new structure instead of lagging behind it. That gap is what people are seeing when they say someone looks like they had something done.

Your exact interval is Peter's call based on your skin and your calendar. These are the ranges we work within, not a fixed protocol.

Questions we get

Before you ask us

Will I look like I had something done?

Not in the way you are picturing. Radiesse does not add volume on top of your features, so it does not produce the pillowed look people associate with overfilling. The change comes in gradually over months, which is also why it reads as you looking rested rather than you looking treated.

Does it hurt?

Lidocaine is mixed into the product, so most people describe pressure rather than pain. Expect mild swelling for a few days and the occasional bruise. Most patients go back to normal the same day.

How long does it last?

Most patients hold their result for a year or longer, and some considerably longer than that, because the collagen your body builds is yours. Peter will give you a realistic range for your skin rather than a number off a brochure.

How is this different from Sculptra?

Both are biostimulators. Radiesse gives you an immediate correction from the gel carrier while the collagen builds underneath, so you do not leave looking exactly the same as when you walked in. Sculptra builds more gradually with no immediate change. Which one suits you depends on what you are treating and how patient you feel.

Can I treat my neck with this?

Yes, and it is one of our most requested areas. We use a diluted technique that focuses on skin quality rather than volume. Neck treatment with Radiesse is an off-label use of the product, meaning it is well established in practice and in the literature but sits outside the specific indications the product is formally approved for. Peter will walk you through that before you decide.

What is the Xeomin for?

Xeomin is a neurotoxin, so it relaxes the muscles that create expression lines. It is a different tool than Radiesse and it addresses a different problem, which is why they work well in the same visit. Every package this week includes it at no cost.

Can I buy now and come in later?

Yes. Purchase at this week's pricing and schedule your treatment any time through November 30. If you need a date past that, text us and we will work it out.

What if I am not sure which package I need?

Then do not buy one yet. Text 615.208.2828 and tell us what bothers you when you look in the mirror. That conversation takes 5 minutes and it is the whole reason we would rather you text than click.

Still deciding

Text us. We will tell you the truth.

Including when the truth is that you do not need the bigger package, or that you do not need this at all right now.
